(back cover)This year the Graduation Show is held at the Institut Français on the 12th of December. Showreel screenings is also part of the day's schedule.
A flying saucer of a film can, a runaway movie reel. As the reel curls around the towering projector, it transforms into a ribbon with animated patterns towards the foreground.
As 2006 is the LFS's 50th anniversary, I thought of using the Marey animations (which form part of the LFS logo) as a pattern onto a celebratory ribbon. The patterns become the epitome of moving image.

I would be real cool to join in the fun for the 50th celebrations next year!
